Our Pinot Gris "Cuvée Passion" is produced from a rigorous selection of grapes harvested from our finest vineyard parcels and the most favourably exposed terroirs, creating a wine of exceptional expression and aromatic intensity.

This noble Alsace wine is full-bodied, rich, and beautifully structured, offering remarkable depth and a long, elegant finish.

The bouquet is open and inviting, revealing delicate aromas of toasted almonds, ripe orchard fruits, and subtle smoky notes.

On the palate, it is generous and silky, with excellent concentration, complex flavours, and impressive persistence that beautifully reflects the richness of its terroir.
