History
Crémant d'Alsace was officially granted Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) status in 1976.
Produced using the Traditional Method (formerly known as the Champagne Method), it has become the leading sparkling wine among all French Crémants, renowned for its quality and elegance.
Tasting Notes
Crémant d'Alsace is a refined sparkling wine, beautifully balanced, fresh, and full of character.
Our Blanc de Blancs Brut, aged on its lees using the traditional method, displays a brilliant pale golden colour with delicate, persistent bubbles. On the palate, it offers remarkable finesse, freshness, and an elegant, lingering finish.
Serving Suggestions
Best enjoyed while still young.
Serve well chilled, between 5°C and 7°C (41°F–45°F), to fully appreciate its freshness, fruit aromas, and lively character.
Perfect as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with desserts and festive celebrations.
For the finest tasting experience, serve in a crystal flute, allowing the delicate, persistent bubbles to develop beautifully while enhancing the wine's elegant bouquet.
Cellaring Potential
Crémant d'Alsace can be cellared for 5 to 6 years.
Over time, its vibrant freshness gradually evolves into a softer, rounder palate while retaining its elegance and balance.
