Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all distance sales concluded through the website www.vins-alsace-berger.fr with consumers.

Products displayed on the Website are available for delivery within Metropolitan France only.

All offers are subject to product availability. Stock availability is indicated during the ordering process. Vintages are available while stocks last. Should a particular vintage become unavailable, Domaine Berger reserves the right to replace it with the closest available vintage at the same price.

2. Orders

The minimum order quantity is 6 bottles.

Orders must always be placed in multiples of six bottles. Mixed cases are available.

Customers are responsible for selecting the products they wish to purchase and adding them to their shopping cart.

Orders become binding only after:

• completion of the checkout process;

• full payment has been received;

• the customer has received an order confirmation email.

Domaine Berger reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order until payment has been successfully processed.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include all applicable French VAT.

Delivery charges are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.

The price confirmed at checkout constitutes the final price payable by the customer.

4. Payment

Payment Terms

Orders must be paid in full at the time they are placed.

No shipment will be made until full payment, including delivery charges, has been received.

Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely by credit or debit card.

• CB (Carte Bancaire)

Your card will be charged when your order is confirmed.

Order Preparation

Orders are prepared once payment has been received and all required customer information has been provided.

If essential information is missing, order preparation may be delayed.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Should an order be returned due to an incorrect address, any additional transport or delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer.

Standard delivery time is approximately 8 business days following order processing.

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays and exceptional circumstances.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify Domaine Berger by email or post before the end of the withdrawal period.

Returned products must:

• remain unopened;

• be in perfect condition;

• be returned in their original packaging;

• be suitable for resale.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds, including standard delivery charges, will be made within 14 days, either after receipt of the returned products or upon presentation of proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

7. Protection of Minors

In accordance with Article L.3342-1 of the French Public Health Code, the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.

By placing an order, customers confirm that they are at least 18 years old and legally entitled to purchase alcoholic beverages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by French law.

Any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

9. Acceptance of the Terms

By placing an order through www.vins-alsace-berger.fr, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety.

Section headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
